This project is a masterful study in minimalist brutality and spatial ingenuity, where raw simplicity meets thoughtful design.
This interior embodies the beauty of raw, unadorned materials and purposeful simplicity. The space is defined by its honest materiality: exposed beams with their concave lines preserved, their natural texture contrasting with the clean, horizontal planes of the new elements. The ceiling’s rough-hewn wood beams become a sculptural feature, their organic curves juxtaposed against the sleek, modern cabinetry and fixtures.
The floor a sanded and varnished screed, adds to the tactile, understated elegance. Its smooth yet textured surface reflects light subtly, enhancing the sense of openness.

What truly elevates this project is its spatial choreography. The genius lies in the floor plan: the layout allows you to circumnavigate the service areas, creating an infinite loop within a compact 45m2 apartment.
This fluidity not only makes the space feel expansive but also transforms it into a cross-ventilated, traversing environment. The furniture is strategically placed to reveal itself gradually, inviting movement and dis- covery.
In this design, less is more, every element, from the raw materials to the open plan, serves a dual purpose: functionality and poetry. It’s a quiet rebellion against the agitated rhythm of famous neighborhood, offering a space of calm and reflection.
